Advocacy

Team ORGANIZE is a coalition of parents, students, and teachers committed to advocating on behalf of our schools and students.

Last spring, the KIPP Baltimore community experienced a groundswell of support from our families during the KEEP KIPP IN BALTIMORE campaign. As the 7th and 8th grade Social Studies teacher, at that time, I was able to see firsthand how everyone 'pitched in' and got to work! Whether you wrote one of the 1000+ letters, passed out fliers about upcoming meetings, joined us in Annapolis with your 'Save our Schools' buttons or prepared yourself to testify in front of state legislators, every role contributed to our goal. I thank you for your dedication to our schools, students, and teachers as we maintain our commitment to provide a high quality education to our KIPPsters to and through college.

We learned firsthand the true potential of Team and Family. With great honor, I am excited to announce the launch of Team Organize!

If interested, ACT. There is work to be done. We can accomplish it as a Team.

Join us!
